Our pricing varies depending on the type of work and help you need. We offer three pricing options…

Peace of mind

1. “Peace of Mind”
Set price

Due to our many years of experience, we can provide a quote before we visit over a multitude of products. Book online and get a 5% discount.

Examples include:

  • Gas safety certificates
  • Portable appliance tests (PAT)
  • Boiler Breakdown Appointments
  • Appliance Repairs

2. “Time on site”
Emergency or
“to-do-list” services

Hourly rate card fees apply to call-out and maintenance work without sending an estimator.

Examples include:

  • Emergency Leaks Trace & Repair
  • Electrical Faulting Finding & Repair
  • Gas Leak Trace & Repair
  • Unblock a toilet

3. “Bespoke Scoped

When further work is needed, or for large jobs our tradesperson or estimator can provide a fixed price before work is started.

Examples include:

  • Gas boiler installations
  • Decorating quotes
  • Fitting a shower
  • Electrical rewiring
