We always aim to fix the price for you as quickly as we can, if you prefer we can scope the job before you incur any costs? We’ll come to you to discuss your needs, then give you a detailed scope of work and fixed price.

Even if more time or materials are needed than originally planned, the price stays the same as per your original quote. Prices won’t change unless the scope of work changes too.

  • We can accurately provide quotations for minor maintenance tasks from photos.

  • We accept photos and videos by email or via our Business WhatsApp account from which our estimators will compile a quotation based on the information provided.

  • Please note: Estimates prepared from photos/emails are based on the information provided and are subject to a site survey. On the day, and within the first 30 minutes on site our engineer will assess the quoted works before commencing. On occasions when further information or unexpected complications crop up before or during the work/s which changes the initial specification it could/may increase costs (if so, a revised quotation will be issued)

  • If the work is not urgent and you are prepared to wait until a trade’s person is in your area or nearby, we will undertake the site survey and quote visit free of charge.

  • To qualify you need to:

  • Exist on our current date base and have used a paid service over the last 12 months.

  • Don’t worry if you’re not an existing client as soon as you used our paid services you will be on the database and entitled to any future discounts etc.

  • Be flexible with appointment availability so we can plan when our trades people are next in the vicinity i.e. reactive quotes needing instant completion or within a specific time frame would not qualify as Free of Charge.

  • However, if the work is not urgent and you’re happy for us to collect keys from a local agent (if applicable) we can complete the survey without you taking time off work. Alternatively, feel free to contact to obtain an indication of when we are next in, or close to your property’s post code. As an existing client our visit and quotation will be Free of Charge.

  • Please bear in mind that a site survey and quote visit appointment does not involve diagnosis, investigation, trace or any use of tools or manual work. This service is designed to provide a quote for existing works you know already need completing. For example, “can I have a quote for a replacement radiator ” - YES, as it meets with criteria. “Can I have a quote to fix my boiler” – NO, does not meet with the criteria, as the cause of the breakdown is ‘unknown’ and will require thorough fault diagnosis.
