Perfect if you have compiled a wish list of one or a number of jobs, or if you can’t find the service you’re looking for.
Serviceteam are NICEIC registered, your electrical engineer will be city and guilds qualified and able to take care of all the jobs on your list.
Our engineer will arrive, assess what needs doing and give you an accurate estimate before he starts the work. If you are happy to proceed he will get on with the tasks straight away.
Our ‘by time on site’ rates are:
£40 + VAT per half hour with a minimum of one hour being chargeable for any one visit.

Here’s what we’ll do…?
Step 1 – You book an electrical engineer Choose a convenient appointment time and day that suits your busy schedule.
Step 2 – A electrical advisor will contact you in advance to discuss your requirements and explain your options so that we are prepared for the visit.
Step 3 – Assess works on site Our expert Serviceteam engineer will arrive on the date you have chosen. He will evaluate and plan for the works required.
Step 4 – Accurate estimate having assed works on site, our engineer will provide you with an accurate estimate, for you to approve before starting works.
Step 5 – Authorisation if we are authorised to precede our engineer will either proceed with the works strait away or arrange a more convenient time to return.
Step 6 – We give you peace of mind Our works come with a minimum 1 year manufactures and installation guarantee as standard, which means if something happens you can call us any time, any day of the year.
Q: How do you work out your charge?
A: Charges are worked out on a half hourly basis with a minimum of one hour being chargeable.
Q: What does the price include?
A: Our half hour rate of £47.50 + Vat only includes for labour. Additional charges are made for extra materials, congestion charges and parking.
Q: Will the engineer have all the materials he needs?
A: Where possible we carry spare parts, however, this is not always possible with 1000’s of different makes and models of appliances on the market. If the parts is delivered and installed on the same day of the appointment then collection is charged at the hourly rate.
Q: What if I don’t want to proceed with the works after the engineer has provided his estimate?
A: We will leave you with a written quotation and there will only be a charge for the time spent on site.
Q: Will you ever charge me more than authorised?
A: We will never proceed with works without seeking authorisation from you as the bill payer.
Q: How do I pay?
A: In cash after your service is complete, or with a card over the phone.
Q: Whose responsibility is it to organise the parking?
A: We kindly ask that you arrange parking for us.

Q: When are you going to arrive?
A: We will agree on an arrival slot with you, and our engineer will contact you when he’s on route.
Q: Will the engineer be NICEIC qualified?
