You need to get your boiler serviced once a year. If it’s not working properly, your boiler can waste you money and might even start leaking carbon monoxide, which is poisonous.

We can make sure your boiler is running efficiently and safely with a one-off boiler service.

You’ll receive  

  • Annual service of your gas appliance to make sure it’s running safely and efficiently

  • Testing your flue to make sure your appliance isn’t leaking carbon monoxide

  • Check your gas pressure to make sure it’s right and inspecting your appliance for any wear or leaks

  • Tap into our engineers’ expertise without being tied down to an annual contract.

Things not covered 

  • Repairs to your gas appliance. If your appliance is not working book an emergency heating repair

What will it  cost: 

We charge a fixed price of £85.00 + VAT to complete our boiler service.

Q: How do you work out your charge?

A: We charge a fixed price always quoted in advance.

Q: What does an annual service include?

A: This is a visit we carry out to check your boiler and central heating system are safe and in good working order and should be completed annually.

Q: What if the engineer finds a problem during the service?

A: Our engineer will let you know what the problem is and provide you with a quote to fix if he’s unable to resolve with a service alone.

Q: Will you ever charge me more than authorised?

A: Never

Q: How do I pay?

A: With a card over the phone.

Q: Whose responsibility is it to organise the parking?

A: We kindly ask that you arrange parking for us.

Q: In what areas do you work?

A: All SW, W, NW, TW, KT, HA and central London postcodes

Q: When are you going to arrive?

A: We will agree on an arrival slot with you, and our engineer will contact you when he’s on route.

Q: Will the engineer be Gas Safe qualified?

A: Yes. All our boiler service engineers must be Gas Safe qualified to safely work on your appliances.
