What will it cost:

We would budget in the region of £150 - £250 + Vat to supply and install a new cartridges. However, in this case, it's impossible to be sure hence the relatively large range without 1st identifying the cartridge.
If this falls within your expectations, we would be pleased to arrange a site survey to remove and photograph the cartridge from all angles so we can share it with a range of suppliers to try and identify the part. A shower site survey costs £65+VAT and is payable at the end of the visit.
On rare occasions the cartridges can be seized in position and thus removing them can risk damaging the shower or cartridge further your engineer will discuss this if it happens on-site.
