For a fixed price of £415 + VAT we will complete a deep clean on your central heating system (power flush). The price allows for up to 8 radiators add £35.00 + VAT for each additional radiator.

It’s recommended you consider having a Magnetic System Filter installed following your power flush.

Q: How do you work out your charge?

A: We charge a fixed price always quoted in advance.

Q: What does the price include?

A: The price we quote is for labour plant and materials required to complete the system flush. Additional charges are made for congestion charges and parking.

Q: Do I need a power flush?

A: Depends on the level of rust in your system. If you have never has a powerflush done, your system probably needs it.  However the only real way to know if you need one done is to have a professional look and provide an opinion.

Q: Does power flushing systems work?

A: Yes they clean the system internally. This stops further damage and future breakdowns related to sludge/rust.

Q: How long does it take to do a power flush?

A: It depends on how much sludge is in your system and the system layout. Basic idea: Half a day for a small system and a full day for a large one.

Q: Does power flushing cause leaks?

A: Not that high a risk and only as a result of the existing system condition. Our engineer will check all visible pipework and ensure the system is holding pressure before he leaves.

Q: Who demands that the systems should be power flushed and why?

A: Most boiler insurance schemes will want your system power flushed as standard. Manufactures of your boiler before they do any work. Why? Most central heating problems relate directly to sludge or lime scale in your system.

Q: How do I pay?

A: In cash after your service is complete, or with a card over the phone.

Q: Whose responsibility is it to organise the parking?

A: We kindly ask that you arrange parking for us.
