What will it cost?
Fault diagnosis and repair: our engineers will assess, diagnose and attempt to fix your fault within the 1st half hour. For this we charge a fixed £45 + VAT. Occasionally when we are unable to fix your fault within the 1st half hour, or when additional materials are required we always provide you with a fixed price for the additional works before proceeding.
Rather replaced than repaired?
If you need your shower replaced and would like a quote , simply send us a photo of your existing shower via email with a brief description of what your preferences are , and one of our maintenance advisors will prepare your quote.

Q: How do you work out your charge?
A: We charge a fixed price always quoted in advance.
Q: What does the price include?
A: The price we quote is only for the 1st half hours labour. Additional charges are made for materials, congestion charges and parking.
Q: What if the engineer is unable to fix the problem within the 1st half hour?
A: If we have been unable to fix the fault within the 1st half hour because we need specialist materials or more time, then we will provide you with our diagnosis and a fixed price for the further works.
Q: Will you ever charge me more than authorised?
Q: How do I pay?
A: In cash after your service is complete, or with a card over the phone.
Q: Whose responsibility is it to organise the parking?
A: We kindly ask that you arrange parking for us.
