Feel free to refer anyone whose property or service needs we haven’t worked with before. To qualify, your friend must book a service at a new property and complete the payment. Once their booking is finalised, they’ll receive £30 off, and you’ll get a £30 Amazon voucher as a thank-you!
No, you can refer as many friends to Serviceteam as you like.
Unfortunately not at this point in time. You must be an existing Serviceteam customer to refer a friend.
Your friend needs to make sure that they register for our refer a friend offer by following your unique sharing link. Once they’ve done this, they need to book a service via our website (this is an online only offer).
It’s also important that the email address they register with is the same email they use when they book a service online with us.
- - Your friend must use a valid referral link when booking a service with us.
- - The offer is only applicable for bookings made on the Serviceteam website and is not valid through Telesales or our Sales representatives.
- - Your friend will receive £30 off their booking instantly.
- - Once your friend’s service is completed, you will receive a £30 Amazon voucher.
- - Rewards will be processed within 30 days after the service is successfully completed.

Once your friend has booked a service using your referral link and completed their order, we’ll need to do some checks before issuing your reward.
