Once you have selected your tailored Landlord Programme and signed in, your property information, reports, invoices and discounts will be safely backed up and stored in the cloud to which you will have access.

Once you have selected a specific package to suit the needs of your property portfolio and amount you want to pay per month from the menu of options above. A dedicated Property Manager will be appointed with whom you can communicate. You will be able view all work history, reports, appointments, invoices and much, much more via our On Line Secure Portal 24/7. With Serviceteam’s Tenant Repair Reporting App, it begins to streamline communication between Landlords, tenants and Serviceteam, thus ensuring the management of repairs/planned maintenance is preserved, still leaving you in control but in a less ‘hands on’ way

The Programme aims to improve the management of property maintenance through direct contact with Serviceteam, thereby minimising delays when repairs are needed.
