Our secure portal puts control into the hands of customers. It can be used to place orders; monitor the stage a project has reached; examine order history and renewal dates for Gas Safe or Electrical Certificates; and to review invoices. When you book online, you will be provided with an automatic confirmation receipt together with an assignment number. This delivers flexibility for our customers and allows them to take control of their assignments without the need to talk with an agent.

We understand how frustrating it can be when you are passed from one person to another. At Serviceteam, we have one point of contact, your ‘job owner’, who will be available to take your call and will have responsible for your project.

Your job owner will notify you when safety certificates are required or when new standards are introduced. If appropriate, they will work with you to secure additional finance or credit. You will also have access to Serviceteam outside normal office hours - another key item on the list of essential customer needs.

All assignments are completed to a very high standard and will be covered by our 12-month guarantee. The work is completed in line with industry best practice and manufacturing standards. If the customer is not satisfied with the workmanship, then we offer to redo the work or provide a refund.
