We charge by the hour to investigate and repair most electrical faults. With our “1st Hour Correct Diagnosis Guarantee” our engineer will give you an indication of how long the repair will take.

Our NICEIC registered electricians are experts at fault diagnosis and repair with all aspects of domestic electrical faults, from power outages to faulty lighting. We are here to offer help and advice.

You’ll receive

• A fixed price. There are no hidden charges and we’ll ensure you’re happy with the price before we proceed with the work.
• Emergency response. We can usually offer same-day or next-day appointments.
• Accurate diagnosis guarantee. We are so confident in the quality of our engineers, that we can correctly diagnose your fault within the 1st Hour otherwise you won’t be charged.

• A year-long guarantee on our work so you have peace of mind

What will it cost:

Fault diagnosis and repair: our engineers will assess, diagnose and attempt to fix your fault within the 1st hour. For this we charge a fixed £80 + VAT. Occasionally when we are unable to fix your fault within the 1st hour, or when additional materials are required we always provide you with a fixed price for the additional works before proceeding.

FAQs

Q: How do you work out your charge?
A: We charge a fixed price always quoted in advance.

Q: What does the price include?
A: The price we quote is for labour. Additional charges are made for materials, congestion charges and parking.

Q: What if the engineer is unable to fix the problem within the 1st hour?
A: If we have been unable to fix the fault within the 1st hour because we need specialist materials or more time, then we will provide you with our diagnosis and a fixed price for the further works.

Q: Will you ever charge me more than authorised?
A: Never

Q: How do I pay?
A: In cash after your service is complete, or with a card over the phone.

Q: Whose responsibility is it to organise the parking?
A: We kindly ask that you arrange parking for us.

Q: In what areas do you work?
A: All SW, W, NW, TW, KT, HA and central London postcodes

Q: When are you going to arrive?
A: We will agree on an arrival slot with you, and our engineer will contact you when he’s on route.

Q: Will the engineer be NICEIC qualified?
A: The company is NICEIC registered and your engineer will be city a guilds qualified to work on your electrics.
