Our engineers will clear all blockages for a fixed price, with no hidden extras.
We can clear the majority of blockages without the help of mechanical equipment, by using rods which usually get the job done and is referred to as a standard unblock.
If we are unable to clear your blockage by completing a ‘standard unblock’ mechanical equipment may be required. More obstinate blockages require the use of high powered mechanical and jetting equipment, this is called a ‘machine unblock’.
How do you charge?
Our engineers will always attempt to complete a standard unblock in advance of a machine unblock. You will be charged for either and standard or machine unblocks depending on the works required.
What will it cost?
Standard unblock - Prices are fixed at £115 + VAT for Mon – Fri appointments between 0800 – 1800. We have different prices for ‘out of hours’. If you need an ‘out of hours’ visit please contact our office for a price.
Machine unblock - Prices are fixed at £180 + VAT for Mon – Fri appointments between 0800 – 1800, which is payable only when the blockage is cleared. We have different prices for what we call ‘out of hours’. If you need an out of hours visit please contact us for a fixed price quote.
For deeper routed blockages that neither a standard nor machine unblock have been able to fix we will provide you with a quote to resolve and there will be a charge of £90 + Vat for our visit.
These prices do not include parts and we would quote you for work upfront, so you know exactly how much you’ll pay from the outset.

Q: How do you work out your charge?
A: We charge a fixed price always quoted in advance.
Q: What does the price include?
A: The price we quote covers the labour and tools required to complete the service. Additional charges are made for materials, congestion charges and parking where required.
Q: Would I be charged for both a standard and machine unblock if both were attempted?
A: No. Our engineers will attempt a standard unblock initially, if this doesn’t work and it is necessary to complete a machine unblock then you will only be charged for the machine unblock.
Q: What will I be charged if you are unable to clear the blockage?
A: Or rare occasions when we are unable to clear the blockage without more intrusive works, then you will be charge £90 + Vat to cover the costs of our engineer attempts, and a report will be provided including our engineers further recommendations and quotation.
Q: Will you ever charge me more than authorised?

A: With a card over the phone on completion of the visit.
Q: Whose responsibility is it to organise the parking?
A: We kindly ask that you arrange parking for us.
