Serviceteam are skilled in Saniflo Macerator repairs and replacements, our specialist engineers vans stock almost all of the parts necessary to complete repairs.
What will it cost?
We charge a fixed labour price of £125 + VAT for a standard Saniflo repair.
Our standard fixed price repair will cover excessively noisy units, remove jams, unit blockages, and fix minor electrical faults, leaks and/or overflows.
Any replacement parts or descales fitted will be quoted in addition to the £125 + VAT Labour charge, for your authorisation on site.
On rare occasions when we are unable to fix your macerator during repair visit, we will provide you with a quote to replace your faulty unit with a new one. If you choose to proceed with the replacement then there will be no charge for the attempted repair (£125 + Vat).
Replace rather than repair
If you need a new Saniflo installed please email us with a photo of your existing saniflo and one of our repair advisors will contact you to prepare a replacement quote.

Q: How do you work out your charge?
A: We charge a fixed price always quoted in advance.
Q: What does the price include?
A: The price we quote is a fixed price for labour. Additional charges are made for materials, congestion charges and parking.
Q: What if the engineer is unable to fix the problem?
A: On rare occasions when we are unable to repair your saniflo we will provide you with a fixed price quote to replace your existing one with a new one. If you chose to proceed with our quote to replace your saniflo, a full refund for the repair visit will be applied.
Q: Will you ever charge me more than authorised?

A: In cash after your service is complete, or with a card over the phone.
Q: Whose responsibility is it to organise the parking?
A: We kindly ask that you arrange parking for us.
