What will it cost?
Free quote from photos: We will provide you with a fixed price quote to replace your existing shower pump for free.
However if you require an expert engineer to visit site to assess the works required and provide a quote on site then the follow price would apply.
Fault diagnosis and repair: our engineers will assess the works required within the 1st half hour. For this we charge a fixed £40 + VAT.

Q: How do you work out your charge?
A: We charge a fixed price always quoted in advance.
Q: What does the price include?
A: The price we quote will include all labour and materials required to complete the works we have described within our quote. Additional charges are made for congestion charges and parking.
Q: What if the new fan does not work due to other faults with the electrical system?
A: If we are replacing a fan that has at some stage in the past worked, then we can feel confident that the current faults with your existing fan will be rectified by replacing it with a new one. However if other faults are identified during our visit, we will always provide you with our diagnosis and a free quote for your approval before we proceed with any additional works.

A: In cash after your service is complete, or with a card over the phone.
Q: Whose responsibility is it to organise the parking?
A: We kindly ask that you arrange parking for us.
