Serviceteam is a heating, plumbing, electrical and property maintenance company providing, value for money, trade professionals for domestic properties and businesses however big or small the requirement may be.  We endeavour to deliver value for money results to meet and often exceed client expectations. We are about getting results the right way, and this philosophy is embedded in what we do, and how we do it, and is the foundation of our values.

Our Story |

Serviceteam has been providing professional services to the domestic and property management market since 2009, which includes an extensive portfolio of estate agents, independents and private customers.

 

Since 2009 Serviceteam has continued to invest in infrastructure and expansion, by making selected industry acquisitions that will contribute to meeting the demands of our client portfolio. A Serviceteam APP is currently under development which will assist in furthering and simplifying the process when working with us.

 

We appreciate that Serviceteam is only as good as our best employees. That’s why we have a continuous and ‘live’ recruitment policy, which constantly searches the market for outstanding trade’s people that make a difference.

 

Even in a competitive and financially restrictive market, Serviceteam has grown its client base by 20% over the last 18 months and continues to build on this success.

 

Serviceteam currently completes in excess of 4,000 jobs per annum, 80% of which are returning clients.
